Mr. Burnside is a retired Senior Vice President and director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Prior to becoming managing partner of BCG s Los Angeles office in 1987, he worked in BCG s London and Chicago offices, servicing clients in telecommunications, media, defense, financial services, and manufacturing. He most recently served as an advisor for BCG from 2011 to 2023. Through his experience with The Boston Consulting Group, Mr. Burnside contributes knowledge and understanding of corporate finance and capital markets matters to the Board, as well as global and domestic strategic advisory experience across a broad base of industries.
