Mr. Fennebresque served as a senior advisor to Cowen Group Inc., a diversified financial services firm, from 2008 to 2020, and as its Chairman, President, and CEO from 1999 to 2008. Prior to Cowen Group, Mr. Fennebresque led corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at UBS, a global firm providing financial services, and was general partner and co-head of investment banking at Lazard Fr res & Co., a leading financial advisory and asset management firm.
