Mr. Lamouche rejoined the Board in 2025, since his previous time of service as a Director of the Company from October 2022 to June 2023. He serves as the Chair of the Compensation Committee while also serving on the Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Lamouche brings extensive global technology leadership experience to the Board, including decades of services as a chief executive and senior operating executive at multinational technology companies. He has led organizations through periods of significant industry transformation and evolving market conditions and offers deep insight into international markets, large-scale operations and corporate strategy. Mr. Lamouche s prior service on the Company s Board further provides valuable institutional knowledge and familiarity with the Company s business and governance practices.
