Ms. Quirk is the Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, for TE Connectivity, a position she has held since 2015. TE Connectivity (formerly known as Tyco Electronics Ltd.) is a manufacturer of connectivity and sensor solutions for a variety of industries including automotive, industrial and semiconductor equipment, data communication systems, aerospace, defense, oil and gas, medical, and renewables. She brings extensive experience in leading the development of organic and inorganic strategies and the execution of successful mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
