Has served as our independent Lead Director since February 2025, when he succeeded Gilles C. P lisson, who served in that role between 2020 and February 2025, and has been a director since 2015. The independent directors believe that Mr. Sarin is well suited to serve as independent Lead Director given his significant global, managerial and financial experience, a strong background in innovation and technology, as well as his experience in corporate governance from serving as the chair of our Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee and a member and chair of several public company boards.
