Mr. McAtee brings an extensive background in strategic planning, governance, risk management, data security, and stockholder engagement. Over the last decade, he has overseen AT&T's global legal matters, including corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), finance, supply chain, compliance and stockholder engagement.
