Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. Mr. Lynch retired as the chairman of the board of directors of TE Connectivity Ltd., a leading global technology and manufacturing company, in March 2024. He served as the chief executive officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. from January 2006 to March 2017 and served as a member of the company s board of directors since 2007, and as chairman since January 2013. Before becoming CEO of TE Connectivity Ltd., Mr. Lynch was president of Tyco Engineered Products and Services since joining Tyco International in September 2004.
