Thomas Turner has served as a director of the Company since February 2026. Mr. Turner currently serves as a Senior Managing Director of CVC Advisors (U.S.) Inc., a global private markets manager, and has served in the role since September 2022. From October 2021 to September 2022, Mr. Turner served as a Managing Director at Apollo Global Management, Inc. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from October 2019 to October 2021. Mr. Turner received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business. We believe Mr. Turner is qualified to serve as a director due to his knowledge and experience in finance and capital structure of international businesses.
