Rose Marie Glazer is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), a Fortune 500 global leader in insurance, risk management, and retirement services. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., where she led global legal teams through major restructurings and international expansions. Prior to Marsh, she was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Willis Group Holdings plc, overseeing legal strategy during its merger with Towers Watson, and held senior roles at Aon Corporation, including General Counsel for its North American operations. A graduate of Boston College (B.A.) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D.), Glazer is widely recognized for her expertise in corporate law and leadership. Her achievements include guiding multibillion-dollar transactions, enhancing compliance frameworks in highly regulated markets, and earning accolades such as being ranked among the "Most Influential General Counsels" by Law360 and listed in Chambers USA for Insurance: Policyholder. Under her stewardship, AIG has strengthened its governance practices and positioned itself for sustainable growth in a dynamic global landscape.
