Station joined Albany International in 2018 as Vice President Finance and Treasurer, rapidly advancing through promotions to Senior Vice President Finance and Treasurer before assuming the CFO position in 2022. Prior to Albany, he spent over a decade at Plug Power Inc., a leader in hydrogen fuel cell technology, where he held progressive finance roles culminating in Vice President Finance and Treasurer. His expertise includes managing complex treasury functions, debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions in high-growth, capital-intensive industries. Under Station's leadership, Albany has executed significant financial initiatives, including debt refinancing that strengthened its balance sheet, successful integration of acquisitions like the 2023 purchase of Hansen Textile Rentals, and maintaining strong free cash flow generation. A Certified Public Accountant and holder of an MBA from Union College, Station's strategic acumen has been instrumental in positioning Albany for sustained profitability and shareholder value creation in a competitive global landscape.
