Raphael Raph Osnoss has served on our Board since December 2017. Mr. Osnoss is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm s investments in the Financial Services sector. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Osnoss was an Associate at Berkshire Partners, a private equity firm, from 2010 to 2012. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs from 2008 to 2010. He currently serves on the boards of Tripleseat, a provider of software to the hospitality industry, Creative Planning, a wealth management firm, Hostaway, a SaaS platform for the vacation rental industry, and Avant, a financial technology company. He previously served on the board of directors of Insurity, Inc., a cloud-based solutions and data analytics company, and Amount, a loan origination and banking software provider. He also serves on the board of Edible Schoolyard NYC, a food and education-focused charitable organization. Mr. Osnoss holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. We believe Mr. Osnoss is qualified to serve on our Board because of his knowledge of technology and the financial services industry.
