Christopher B. Paisley has served as a member of our Board since August 2012. Since January 2001, Mr. Paisley has served as the Dean s Executive Professor of Accounting at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Mr. Paisley also serves on the board of directors of Equinix, Inc., a provider of network colocation, interconnection and managed services, and Fastly, Inc., a cloud computing services provider. Mr. Paisley has previously served on the board of directors of numerous companies, including Fortinet, Inc., a provider of unified threat management solutions, from February 2004 to June 2021, and Enterprise 4.0 Technology Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation, from October 2021 to March 2023. Mr. Paisley holds a B.A. degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California at Los Angeles. We believe that Mr. Paisley possesses specific attributes that qualify him to serve as a member of our Board, including expertise in finance, including accounting and financial reporting, as a chief financial officer and in other finance roles and currently as a professor in the field of accounting and finance. Mr. Paisley also has over 20 years of outside board experience, which includes serving as audit committee chairman, at numerous public and private companies.
