Amy E. Miles has served as our director since 2020. Ms. Miles was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Regal Entertainment Group, Inc., or Regal Entertainment, a leading theatre exhibition company, from 2009 to 2018, and its chair of the board from 2015 to 2018. From 2002 to 2009, Ms. Miles served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Regal Entertainment. Ms. Miles also served as Chief Executive Officer of Regal Cinemas, Inc., or Regal Cinemas, from 2009 to 2018, and its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2000 to 2009.
