Director Since: 2015 Age: 68 Committees: Audit Compensation (Chair) Business Experience Mr. Redd was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Dynamics Corporation, an aerospace and defense company, until December 2013. He had worked for General Dynamics Corporation since 1986, serving as a Senior Financial Analyst and also as Vice President and Controller of General Dynamics Land Systems in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Redd currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Southern Virginia University in Buena Vista, Virginia, and formerly served as Chairman of such board. The Board of Directors believes his extensive financial and accounting experience, as well as his strategic planning, risk management and public company management experience, provide him with the skills and qualifications to serve as a director.
