She joined Apogee in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Architectural Services segment before advancing to her current role. Previously, she held senior executive positions at global industry leaders, including Vice President of Global Operations at Albea Group, where she led manufacturing optimization across 40 facilities worldwide, and key roles at Bemis Company and 3M, where she spearheaded lean transformations, supply chain integrations, and multimillion-dollar cost reductions. Under Veena's leadership, the Performance Surfaces Segment has achieved significant milestones, including enhanced production capabilities, expanded market penetration, and the introduction of eco-friendly product lines that align with industry sustainability goals.
