Nancy E. Cooper has been a director since February 2018. Ms. Cooper is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CA Technologies, an IT management software provider, a position she held from 2006 until she retired in 2011. Before joining CA, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of IMS Health, Inc. from 2001 to 2006 and as Chief Financial Officer for Reciprocal, Inc. from 2000 to 2001.
