Varun Laroyia serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aptiv PLC, a global technology company advancing the future of mobility through electrification, vehicle software, and advanced safety systems. With over two decades of experience in finance and treasury leadership, Laroyia joined Aptiv in 2017 as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Prior to Aptiv, he held progressive roles at TE Connectivity, where he managed global treasury operations and led key financing initiatives, and at Cooper Industries (now part of Eaton Corporation), focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Earlier in his career, he worked at Citibank in corporate banking. Laroyia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Under Laroyia's leadership, Aptiv's finance organization has driven strategic growth, including successful debt refinancings, acquisitions, and capital allocation to support the company's shift toward software-defined vehicles and autonomous driving technologies. He advanced to Senior Vice President and Treasurer in 2019 before being appointed CFO in 2021, overseeing a global team responsible for financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and corporate development.
