Brendan E. Krueger serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President—Finance, and Treasurer of Antero Resources Corporation, a premier independent producer of natural gas and natural gas liquids focused on the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays in the Appalachian Basin. In this critical leadership role, he directs all aspects of the company's financial strategy, including capital allocation, debt and equity financing, treasury management, financial reporting, and investor relations. Under his stewardship since joining Antero in 2013, the company has executed multiple high-profile financing transactions, optimized its balance sheet amid volatile commodity markets, and supported operational growth, contributing to sustained value creation for shareholders. Prior to Antero, Mr. Krueger built a distinguished career in the energy sector, holding senior finance positions at Noble Energy, where he served as Vice President of Finance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. His earlier roles at Williams Companies and Deloitte & Touche honed his expertise in financial modeling, corporate development, and audit services within upstream oil and gas operations. Over more than two decades, he has played pivotal roles in navigating industry cycles, including successful capital raises exceeding $5 billion and strategic joint ventures that enhanced operational efficiency. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is actively involved in industry organizations, including the United States Energy Association, and is recognized for his thought leadership on energy finance and sustainability initiatives.
