Mr. Peribiere retired from Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE) in December 2017 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sealed Air. Prior to joining Sealed Air, Mr. Peribiere worked at The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) from 1977 to 2012. Mr. Peribiere served in multiple managerial roles with Dow, including as Executive Vice President of Dow and President and Chief Executive Officer, Dow Advanced Materials, a unit of Dow, from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Peribiere holds a degree in business economics and finance from the Institut D tudes Politiques in Paris, France. Since May 2013, Mr. Peribiere has served on the Board of Xylem Inc.
