Appointed to the role in March 2021, Brian oversees all financial operations, including strategic planning, treasury management, investor relations, and compliance, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's financial health and supporting its growth initiatives amid dynamic market conditions. With more than 25 years of progressive finance leadership in manufacturing and industrial sectors, Brian began his career as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young, specializing in audits for public companies. He advanced through senior roles at Goodrich Corporation (now part of UTC Aerospace Systems), where he managed global financial reporting and internal controls, followed by positions as Vice President of Finance at EnPro Industries and Senior Vice President and CFO at Mueller Water Products from 2018 to 2021. At Mueller, he spearheaded financial restructuring efforts that improved liquidity and operational efficiency during challenging economic periods. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA in Tennessee.
