Director since 2024 Age 56; Board Chair effective May 14, 2026 Ms. Fields became ATI s President and Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2024, and has been appointed Board Chair effective at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. She became President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2023, having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2022 to June 2023, as Executive Vice President, AA&S and HPMC throughout 2021, and as Executive Vice President, Advanced Alloys & Solutions from April 2019 to December 2020. She joined ATI in April 2019 after serving as Group President at IDEX Corporation since 2015. Previously, Ms. Fields served as Executive Vice President for the integrated global steel producer EVRAZ, where she had full responsibility for all activities for the $2 billion North American Flat Products business. Prior to that, Ms. Fields was General Manager of Industrials for GE Energy, with global responsibility for growing GE s penetration in metals, petrochemicals and mining segments, after holding a series of leadership positions with Alcoa, Inc., The Boston Consulting Group and Owens Corning Fiberglass.
