Ms. Prange has served as a director since December 2019. She was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for the Global Animal Health, Medical and Dental Surgical Group at Henry Schein, Inc. and a member of its Executive Committee from 2016 to 2018. In this role, she led a business that generated over $6 billion of revenue across three different business units, growing to above-market levels in all business segments. Previously, Ms. Prange held senior leadership positions at Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson, including President of Urology and Pelvic Heath and General Manager of the Micrus Endovascular and Docman Neurovascular business. Ms. Prange is an Industrial Advisor at EQT Group, a global investment organization, and currently serves on the board of publicly-traded medical device companies Embecta Corp. and Outset Medical, as well as WSAudiology, a privately-owned manufacturer of hearing aids. She has served on the boards of several publicly-traded medical device companies that were subsequently acquired. Ms. Prange holds a B.S. in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida and has completed executive education coursework at UCLA Anderson School of Business and Smith College. Ms. Prange has public medical device board service and leadership experience in commercial and operational roles in healthcare companies. Ms. Prange's experience in managing innovation pipelines and acquiring and integrating companies, as well as extensive global business, strategic and innovation, risk management, executive compensation matters, ESG and regulatory compliance, are beneficial to the management team and the Board.
