Mr. Engola is the former Deputy Group President of the Dynetics Group of Leidos Holdings, Inc. ( Leidos ), a company engaged in the provision of scientific, engineering and information technology services and solutions in the areas of defense, intelligence, civil and health markets. Mr. Engola held such position from 2022 until 2024, and also served as Executive Vice President, National Security Space, for Leidos from 2021 until 2024. Before that, he was Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Business Partnerships from 2018 until 2021 and Senior Vice President and Deputy Group President for Leidos Defense and Intelligence Group from 2017 until 2018. He served as Vice President, Transportation and Financial Solutions with Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions before it merged with Leidos. Mr. Engola currently serves on the board of directors for the Space Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the global space community. Mr. Engola has a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, a Master of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Engola s extensive business experience, including his expertise in executive leadership, technology, strategic planning, human capital management, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions, allows him to contribute substantially to our Board.
