MR. PHILIPPS was President and CEO of Rosauers Supermarkets, Inc. from July 2000 until his retirement in August 2021, during which time he oversaw the strategy and all operations of a retail grocery company operating 22 retail stores across the Pacific Northwest. Over the span of his career, Mr. Philipps has also played an integral role in the economic vitality of the greater Spokane area and Inland Pacific Northwest region through his leadership roles in a multitude of different regional and national organizations and entities. Mr. Philipps is a member of the Public Library Foundation Citizen Hall of Fame and was named Retailer of the Year twice by the Washington Food Industry Association. Mr. Philipps is a graduate of Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where he earned B.A. degrees in Business, Economics and Accounting.
