Mr. Adkins has served as the Company's Chair of the Board since November 2018. He serves as the President of 3RAM Group LLC, a privately held company specializing in capital investments, business consulting services, and property management. Mr. Adkins formerly served as Senior Vice President of IBM from 2007 until 2014.
