B. During his tenure, he led the finance team through significant business transformations, including the successful integration of multiple acquisitions that enhanced Entegris' market position and drove substantial revenue growth. Earlier in his career, Jones spent over a decade at Freescale Semiconductor in various senior finance roles, culminating as Vice President and Treasurer, where he managed global treasury operations, capital markets activities, and risk management during the company's spin-off from Motorola. Jones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. His extensive experience in high-growth, technology-driven industries has equipped him to navigate complex financial landscapes, optimize operational efficiencies, and deliver strong shareholder value.
