Previously, she served on the boards of directors of Allergan plc and Raytheon Company until 2020, respectively, and Harman International Industries until 2017. Ms. Brown holds an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters and a B.A. in environmental health from Old Dominion University and is a winner of its Distinguished Alumni Award.
