Jesus Malave, Jr. is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries. In 2020, Malave joined Boeing as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, bringing his deep expertise to one of the world’s largest aerospace companies. Under his leadership, he has spearheaded transformative financial strategies, including cost optimization initiatives that saved Boeing over $2 billion annually and improved cash flow amid production ramp-ups for the 737 MAX and 787 programs. His achievements include streamlining global treasury operations and enhancing investor relations, contributing to a 15% increase in shareholder value during turbulent market conditions. As CFO, Malave plays a pivotal role in Boeing’s strategic direction, collaborating with the CEO and board to drive sustainable profitability and innovation.
