Daniel J. Rabbitt serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ball Corporation, a global leader in sustainable aluminum packaging. With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, Rabbitt joined Ball in 2008 as Vice President and Global Controller. Prior to Ball, he held progressive finance roles at Molson Coors Brewing Company from 2002 to 2008, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and began his career at Deloitte & Touche in 1996, where he advanced to audit manager specializing in consumer products. Rabbitt's tenure at Ball has been marked by significant achievements, including his instrumental role in the company's $6.6 billion acquisition of Rexam plc in 2016, which solidified Ball's position as the world's largest producer of beverage cans. He advanced to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Beverage Packaging North and Central America in 2013 before assuming his current global CFO role in January 2020. Under his leadership, Ball has delivered strong financial results, including consistent revenue growth and robust shareholder returns, while advancing sustainability goals such as increasing recycled content in packaging. As CFO, Rabbitt oversees Ball's global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and information technology. He plays a pivotal role in strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and risk management, supporting Ball's commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship. Rabbitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
