Fundler holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice in New York and Missouri. Under Fundler's leadership, Build-A-Bear has successfully defended key intellectual property rights, executed strategic acquisitions to bolster its digital and e-commerce capabilities, and maintained exemplary corporate governance standards, earning accolades from institutional investors.
