She is currently interim Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of lululemon athletica inc., a global apparel, footwear and accessories company. Her deep leadership experience across finance, merchandise planning and retail are valuable as Best Buy continues to evolve its business. Executive Leadership Ms. Frank was named interim co-CEO of lululemon effective January 2026. She has served as CFO of lululemon since 2020. Prior to becoming CFO in November 2020, she served as lululemon s interim co-CFO beginning in April 2020.
