Anne De Greef-Safft has served as director of the Company since 2019, chairs the Board s Human Capital and Compensation Committee, and is a member of the Nominating, Sustainability and Governance Committee. In February 2025, Ms. De Greef-Safft joined the board of Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC), a global manufacturer of safety, identification and compliance solutions, and serves on its audit committee. From 2022 until 2025, Ms. De Greef-Safft served on the board of directors of Ambarella, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMBA), an edge AI semiconductor company, and was a member of its nominating and governance and compensation committees. From 2018 to 2025, Ms. De Greef-Safft also served as a member of the board of directors of Ag Growth International Inc.
