Kenneth T. Lamneck has served as director of the Company since 2013, is a member of the Human Capital and Compensation Committee and chairs the Nominating, Sustainability and Governance Committee. He currently serves on the board of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS), chairs its corporate governance, nominating and sustainability committee and is a member of its compensation committee. Mr. Lamneck also currently serves on the board of TD SYNNEX (NYSE:SNX), chairs its nominating and corporate governance committee and is a member of the technology committee. From 2010 until 2021, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Insight Enterprises, Inc.
