He joined Burke & Herbert in 2015, rising quickly through the ranks due to his proven track record in expanding loan origination volumes and navigating economic cycles, including the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under Ritchie's leadership, Burke & Herbert has achieved significant milestones, such as doubling its commercial loan portfolio over the past five years and earning recognition for excellence in SBA lending from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
