Prior to joining Builders FirstSource in 2021, he was Senior Vice President of Talent at HD Supply, where he built scalable talent acquisition systems that supported rapid expansion and mergers. Earlier roles at The Home Depot and The Coca-Cola Company sharpened his expertise in talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design, earning him recognition for driving cultural shifts and high-performance teams.
