Mr. Ogunlesi is a Founding Partner and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). He is a Senior Managing Director and a member of BlackRock s Global Executive Committee. Prior to the formation of GIP in 2006, Mr. Ogunlesi spent 23 years at Credit Suisse where he held several senior positions, including Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Client Officer of its Investment Banking Division. From 2002 to 2004, he was Head of the Global Investment Banking Division and a Member of the Executive Board and Management Committee. Mr. Ogunlesi is also a member of the Boards of Terminal Investment Limited and OpenAI Inc. As a leader with global experience in capital markets and infrastructure investments, Mr. Ogunlesi provides the Board with valuable insight in supporting the firm s future growth. Mr. Ogunlesi also brings to the Board a wealth of knowledge regarding international operations and corporate governance matters from his extensive corporate board experience.
