Mr. Freda has served as Special Advisor to the Chair of the Est e Lauder Companies Inc. (Est e Lauder), a global leader in beauty, since January 2025, and as Special Strategic Advisor to BRC Sarl, Luxembourg and Patrinvest SCA, Luxembourg since January 2026. He formerly served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Est e Lauder from 2009 to December 2024.
