Ms. Peck has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zoetis Inc., a leading animal health company, since 2020. Prior to becoming CEO, Ms. Peck was Executive Vice President and Group President, U.S. Operations, Business Development and Strategy from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Zoetis, Ms. Peck served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development and Innovation at Pfizer Inc. and as a member of Pfizer's Executive Leadership Team. Earlier in her career, Ms. Peck held roles at Boston Consulting Group, as well as in private equity and real estate finance at The Prudential Realty Group, The O Connor Group and J.P. Morgan. She serves on the boards of Mayo Clinic and Business Roundtable. Ms. Peck brings extensive experience and perspective on driving innovation and strategy from her role as CEO of Zoetis and senior leadership experience gained from her time at Pfizer.
