Ms. Francis is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of SI-BONE, Inc., a medical device company solving musculoskeletal disorders of the sacropelvic anatomy. Previously, Ms. Francis served as SI-BONE s Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2021, and as SI-BONE s Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2021. Prior to joining SI-BONE, Ms. Francis held other executive and leadership roles with public and private life science companies, including Promega Corporation, where she served as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, and Nutra-Park Inc., where she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in her career, she served as Bruker s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2002 to 2004. Furthermore, she was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company and Audit Manager with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Francis was also a board member of Shockwave Medical, Inc., a medical device company, where she served as audit committee chair and compensation committee member. Ms. Francis earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California. Ms. Francis brings to the Board significant leadership experience, a deep knowledge of life science markets, and proven skills in financial decision making. Ms. Francis serves on our Audit Committee.
