Gonzalo R. Cajade is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT), a leading supplier of nuclear components and fuel to the U.S. government. His career also includes pivotal roles at PepsiCo as Senior Director of Global Talent Management, focusing on leadership development and succession planning; at Deloitte Consulting, where he advised on HR strategy for Fortune 500 clients; and at Procter & Gamble, launching his HR career in Latin America. Gonzalo’s achievements encompass spearheading digital HR transformations, fostering inclusive cultures, and building high-performing teams that have contributed to multibillion-dollar business growth. A Colombian native, Gonzalo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
