Henry N. Nassau has been a director since 2003. Mr. Nassau was the chief executive officer of Dechert LLP from July 2016 until July 2023. Mr. Nassau has been a partner at Dechert since September 2003 and was previously deputy chair of practice group management and the chair of the corporate and securities group for over ten years. Mr. Nassau was the chief operating officer of Internet Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICGE), an Internet holding company, from December 2002 until June 2003, having previously served as managing director, general counsel and secretary since May 1999. Mr. Nassau was previously a partner at Dechert LLP from September 1987 to May 1999 and was chair of the firm's business department from January 1998 to May 1999.
