Mr. Dundon is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Southpaw Capital Partners, an industrial-focused real estate investment firm, and the Chairman and Managing Partner of Dundon Capital Partners LLC ( Dundon Capital Partners ), a Dallas-based private investment firm. Mr. Dundon also serves as Chief Executive Officer, majority owner and governor of the Carolina Hurricanes, a team in the National Hockey League. Prior to founding Dundon Capital Partners, Mr. Dundon served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Santander Consumer USA, a publicly traded consumer finance company, which he co-founded in 1995. Additionally, Mr. Dundon previously served on our Board from 2021 through 2023 and, from 2011 until the completion of the merger with Topgolf in March 2021, Mr. Dundon served as a director of Topgolf. Mr. Dundon has also served, and continues to serve, on the board of directors of various private companies. Mr. Dundon also supports various charities, including the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, the First Tee of Dallas and the Dundon Family Charitable Fund. Mr. Dundon received a bachelor s degree in economics from the Southern Methodist University in 1993. Specific Qualifications, Attributes, Skills & Experience Mr. Dundon is highly qualified to serve on the Board, among other reasons, due to his prior service as a member of the Board and the Topgolf board of directors, his experience as a chairman and chief executive officer of a public company; as well as his prior executive and operational experience in the sports and entertainment industries and his experience with corporate governance matters. He also has functional expertise in finance, accounting, technology/cybersecurity, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions.
