She also led diversity and inclusion and supplier diversity at Sempra. In her role as vice president of Human Resources at Southern California Gas Co., she led diversity and inclusion and succession planning and development efforts and oversaw labor relations and union negotiations. Additionally, she also led compliance efforts enacting the corporate ethics policy at Sempra and ensuring proper governance and compliance frameworks were in place. Government/Regulatory Affairs gained while in leadership roles at Sempra while serving four years on the National Petroleum Council, an advisory committee to the United States Secretary of Energy to study energy policy. In her leadership roles at Sempra, she led highly regulated energy businesses in numerous states and internationally and worked extensively with a wide array of government entities and regulators.
