Nelson Chung is the President of Pacific Communities Builder, Inc., which has built more than 5,500 home sites and developed more than 150 communities in Southern California. He holds a Master of Urban Design degree and is a licensed architect, general contractor, and real estate broker in California. Mr. Chung has been a Director of Bancorp and Cathay Bank since 2005 and has been a Lead Independent Director of Bancorp since 2017. Mr. Chung contributes managerial experience and his extensive knowledge of residential real estate development in Southern California, with which he has been involved for over 30 years.
