Lauri Shanahan has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2023. Ms. Shanahan has served on the board of directors of Deckers Brands since 2011. Ms. Shanahan is also a principal of the consulting firm Maroon Peak Advisors, which she founded in 2009. Ms. Shanahan worked at Gap Inc. from October 1992 to March 2008, serving in numerous leadership roles including chief administrative officer, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary. Ms. Shanahan previously served on the board of directors of Treasury Wine Estates, Cedar Fair Entertainment, G Squared Ascend I, and Charlotte Russe Holdings.
