Neil de Crescenzo began serving on our Board in November 2024. Mr. de Crescenzo currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of TRIMEDX and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Change Healthcare from 2013 through its acquisition by Optum (part of United Health Group) in October 2022 and as CEO of Optum Insight until October 2023. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. de Crescenzo held various positions at Oracle and IBM. Mr. de Crescenzo serves on the board of directors of Jazz at Lincoln Center, is a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board and is a past Chairman of the Healthcare Leadership Council. Mr. de Crescenzo holds a bachelors degree in political science from Yale University and a master of business administration from Northeastern University. We believe that Mr. de Crescenzo s current and prior experience as a Chief Executive Officer within the healthcare and FinTech industries makes him qualified to serve on our Board.
