Prior roles at Verisk included leadership positions in strategic finance and business unit management. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WoodGutmann and Bogaeff (WGB), a private equity firm specializing in insurance services, and held progressive finance roles at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), managing financial operations for the company's largest division. Under Herb's guidance, CCC successfully completed its public debut through a business combination with Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp. II in 2021, raising significant capital to fuel innovation and expansion. His achievements include optimizing the capital structure, implementing advanced financial systems, and driving profitability amid rapid growth, earning recognition for fostering a culture of financial discipline and data-driven decision-making that has strengthened CCC's market leadership. Herb holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
