Former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Campbell Soup Company; also a Director of AptarGroup. Mr. Owens' extensive experience in the consumer food and beverage industries, including his former service as the CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of a leading NYSE-listed international consumer food company, brings to the Board significant financial expertise, including all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, corporate finance and capital markets, as well as significant experience in strategic planning, business integration and operations, and in managing supply chain organizations. In his roles as CFO for several companies, he had over 15 years of senior-level management responsibility for information security. He also recently completed a Director-level certification course in information security. Mr. Owens has considerable knowledge of the retail industry having served as CFO of a leading international grocery retailer. His experience qualifies him as an "audit committee financial expert" within the meaning of SEC regulations, and he chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Owens also serves as a director of another NYSE-listed company.
