Peter Trpkovski serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Century Aluminum Company, a leading North American producer of primary aluminum. In this capacity, he leads the company's global finance organization, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, and investor relations. Trpkovski plays a critical role in shaping Century Aluminum's financial strategy, capital allocation, and shareholder value creation, navigating the company through volatile commodity markets and advancing initiatives for sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Trpkovski joined Century Aluminum in 2011 as Vice President of Finance, bringing extensive experience from Alcoa Inc., where he spent 13 years in progressively senior roles, including Director of Finance for Alcoa's Global Rolled Products Europe business unit based in Europe. At Alcoa, he honed expertise in international finance, manufacturing cost management, supply chain optimization, and mergers and acquisitions, contributing to key business transformations across North America and Europe. Under Trpkovski's leadership, Century Aluminum has achieved significant milestones, including the successful restart of the Hawesville smelter, debt refinancing efforts that strengthened the balance sheet, and strategic investments in low-carbon aluminum production. A Certified Public Accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Duquesne University.
