Ms. Robertson was the Group Executive, Corporate Treasurer of MasterCard Worldwide from 2003 to June 2010. Ms. Robertson held financial management positions with RR Donnelley & Sons Company from 1996 to 2003, and with International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM") from 1984 to 1996. From 1979 to 1982, she was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. She holds a BS in Accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA in Finance/Management Information Systems from the University of Chicago. She is a certified public accountant. She is an Impact Partner for Prevent Child Abuse America, where she had previously sat on the board. Skills and Qualifications: Ms. Robertson brings to the Board her considerable knowledge and experience in finance and risk management from her training as an accountant and her work in financial management positions. She qualifies as an audit committee financial expert under Regulation S-K of the Exchange Act.
